Los Angeles FC may be without Odin Thiago Holm this weekend due to his leg injury, while Lorenzo Dellavalle is expected to miss another game because of a cruciate ligament tear.


During the international break, Los Angeles FC acquired Javairo Dilrosun on loan from Club America, and Nathan Ordaz is set to return after representing El Salvador at the CONCACAF Gold Cup.


Eddie Segura, Denis Bouanga, and Olivier Giroud scored in their last league victory in early June, marking their third consecutive home win.


For Vancouver Whitecaps, Ryan Gauld sat out their midweek loss due to a knee issue, Giuseppe Bovalina was sidelined by illness, Ali Ahmed has returned from the CONCACAF Gold Cup with an ankle injury, and Sam Adekugbe is out for the season after an Achilles tendon tear.


Vancouver will also miss Brian White and Sebastian Berhalter, who are playing for the USA in the Gold Cup quarter-finals, while Jayden Nelson is with the Canadian team.


Edier Ocampo, Mathias Laborda, and Antoine Coupland scored in their recent defeat on Wednesday, with Coupland netting his first-ever MLS goal.
