Nashville SC will be without Maximus Ekk (knee), Taylor Washington (knee), Tyler Boyd (cruciate ligament), and Wyatt Meyer (hamstring) due to injuries.

Sam Surridge is enjoying a stellar season for Nashville, with 16 goals in 20 MLS games—including 10 in his last six—and the striker is expected to start alongside Hany Mukhtar, who has contributed eight goals and five assists this campaign.

With Nashville unbeaten in their last 13 matches and securing two clean sheets in their last three games, a consistent defensive lineup is anticipated for Sunday.

For Philadelphia Union, Francis Westfield (ankle), Ian Glavinovich (meniscus), Mikael Uhre (groin), and Olivier Mbaizo (groin) are sidelined due to injuries.

The Union's leading scorer, Tai Baribo, who has netted 13 goals in 16 league appearances, has been out since early June with a calf injury but may return to the squad on Sunday.

Baribo is likely to come off the bench if he plays, so Bruno Damiani and Chris Donovan could start as the forwards.

Nashville SC possible starting lineup:

Willis; Najar, Palacios, Maher, Lovitz; Perez, Yazbek, Brugman; Mukhtar, Surridge, Muyl

Philadelphia Union possible starting lineup:

Blake; Bedoya, Makhanya, Glesnes, Wagner; Vassilev, Lukic, Bueno, Bender; Damiani, Donovan
