Chloe Kelly has joined Arsenal on a permanent deal following her successful loan spell last season.
Kelly, 27, returns to London after the end of her five-year contract with Manchester City, where she scored 30 goals in 109 appearances and won the FA Cup and League Cup.
During her loan at Arsenal last season, she scored two goals and provided five assists in 13 games, playing a pivotal role in Renée Slegers' Champions League-winning team.
Kelly, who will wear the No. 18 shirt in north London, previously spent eight years at Arsenal, joining their academy at age 12 in 2010.
She went on to score nine goals in 19 first-team appearances between 2015 and 2018, before moving to Everton in January 2018.
Later that year, Kelly made her England debut in a 3-0 victory over Austria in Vienna.
Kelly now boasts 53 caps for England, with eight goals, including the decisive winner at Euro 2022, and helped reach the World Cup final the following year.
Upon finalizing her permanent move to Arsenal, Kelly said: "Signing a permanent contract with Arsenal is a highlight of my career."
"I'm eager to learn from an outstanding manager and strengthen bonds with this talented squad."
"I'm thrilled about pursuing more trophies at this exceptional club and bringing celebrations back to North London with our fans."
"I've always believed Arsenal fans are the best, and their support, chanting my name, means the world to me."
Slegers added: "We're thrilled to secure Chloe on a permanent basis."
"She made a significant impact last season and was crucial to our successes; she aligns with our goals to compete at the highest level."
