Corinthians will use an advance of approximately R$ 100 million from its contract with Nike to acquire new players and pay off debts to the squad.
The advance will be made in 3 semiannual installments. The first installment of R$ 50 million is expected to be paid in August. The remaining two, each of R$ 25 million, will be paid in January and July 2026.
The club requested that the advances be scheduled precisely during the transfer window periods.
The club will also use the funds to settle outstanding payments to players. Several players are overdue on signing bonuses and image rights.
In addition to owing R$ 6.1 million to Memphis Depay, Corinthians owes R$ 10 million to Igor Coronado, for example.
