Wales defender Mayzee Davies has been ruled out of the tournament after sustaining an anterior cruciate ligament injury during last month’s Nations League defeat to Denmark.
Sophie Ingle has recovered from a long-term knee injury to join the 23-player squad, but her participation level at the tournament is uncertain, as she has not played since September.
Wales' all-time top goalscorer, Jess Fishlock, may be deployed as an impact substitute instead of starting the match.
For the Netherlands, Manchester United’s Dominique Janssen is expected to form a central defensive partnership with Chelsea’s young player Veerle Buurman, while Manchester City’s Kerstin Casparij and Barcelona’s Esmee Brugts are likely to occupy the full-back roles.
Netherlands’ all-time leading goalscorer, Vivianne Miedema, will aim to score her 100th international goal while leading the attack against Wales.
The former Arsenal forward could receive support in attack from Victoria Pelova, Jill Roord, and Danielle van de Donk.
Possible starting lineup for Wales Women:
Clark; Green, Ladd, Evans, Woodham; James, Griffiths; Holland, Rowe, Jones; Cain
Possible starting lineup for Netherlands Women:
Van Domselaar; Casparij, Janssen, Buurman, Brugts; Groenen, Kaptein; Pelova, Van de Donk, Roord; Miedema
